I’m Tanya- owner of Wisp, lover of flowers and all things design. I’m a mom to one sweet kid and have been working as a photographer for the past 18 years. Arranging flowers has been a joy of mine for a long time, but when my husband and I decided to leave NYC for the woods in Connecticut, I was finally able to take the time to develop those skills and slowly push it beyond an occasional hobby.

I love trying new ideas and creating artful designs, but above all I’m here to make your floral vision a reality. We can work together to create something you've never even thought of. I'll follow your inspiration board or put one together for you. Let’s just make something perfectly yours together.

When I started Wisp, I made a conscious decision to build a business that works predominantly with sustainable and reusable materials. I absolutely love flowers, but the waste can be excessive, so reducing the impact on our environment while maintaining the integrity of design seemed like an obvious path for Wisp. If you have any questions on how I do this, please reach out and I'd be happy to answer your questions- whether you're a future client or fellow florist- I'd be delighted to share what's in my toolkit or even learn from you!
