Wisp Floral stands behind its products and is committed to bringing you only the best and freshest flowers possible. Each arrangement is meticulously designed with locally sourced blooms in the growing season (April-November) and imported flowers in the winter months.
We understand there many be moments when we aren’t perfect and we will do everything we can to make things right. If your flowers are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will replace your arrangement if there was an error on our end.
Since we are committed to working with seasonal, locally-grown flowers whenever possible and our arrangements are created with artistry, no exchanges will be given if you are unhappy with the floral varieties used or the design of arrangements.
