Please join us for a very exciting collaboration with Glazed Pottery Studio in Glastonbury, CT!
This one is a two parter, so please make sure you can commit to both halves before signing up.
Part one: Paint your own pottery.
Select from one of two vessels to paint anytime between 11/1 and 11/16 either at the Glazed studio during their regular hours, or you can opt to pick it up to bring home and paint it at your own pace. A suggested color palette of paints will be provided to ensure a cohesive vibe with the florals. All vessels must be completed by 11/16 to ensure there is enough time to fire your piece and make it watertight.
The simple bowl is included in this listing- if you would like to upgrade to the lidded pumpkin jar for an additional $25, please add it to your cart along with this listing. There are only 10 of these jars available.
Part two: Flower arranging workshop with Tanya from Wisp Floral
After painting your vessel, you will return on Sunday 11/22 at 5:30PM to the Glazed studio for a flower arranging class in your one of a kind vessel. Learn how to create a standout low centerpiece with specialty blooms in a color palette perfect for Fall, just ahead of Thanksgiving. We'll have some light bites and charcuterie for all to enjoy throughout the evening- and while all ages are welcome, for those over 21 you're welcome to also BYOB. Class is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
No prior floral experience necessary and all tools and materials needed will be provided. There will be a selection of curated flowers for you to work with and explore the techniques we go over.
This workshop will be limited to only 20 seats.
All sales are final and non-refundable due to the advance purchase of materials and preparation required for the event. If needed, you can transfer your spot to someone else- please just reach out to us so we can update our roster.
Glazed is located at 60 Hebron Avenue, Glastonbury, CT
